Welcome to the Bailiage de Suzhou
The Bailiage de Suzhou was established on November 10, 2019, with the aim of promoting the exchange and integration of French and Chinese culinary cultures. Suzhou, a historic cultural city in China with a population of over 12.5 million, is renowned for its unique gardens, canals, and traditional handicrafts, providing a rich cultural and natural environment for food lovers.
Bailiage de Suzhou's cuisine is famous for its delicacy and diversity, ranging from traditional Suzhou dishes like Squirrel Fish and Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs to modern fusion cuisine, showcasing the city's culinary charm.
