法国美食会重庆分会成立于2012年，是中国地方分会之一。
重庆是中国最大的直辖市，是一个山川交融赛博朋克的山城，一个充满魔幻现实主义的国际化都市。在美食的世界里，每个城市都有其独特的代表。而重庆这座充满魅力与活力的城市，拥有着众多令人垂涎欲滴的美食。如果你对重庆美食印象还停留在火锅和小面，你真应该马上来体验拥有上千年历史渊源的巴渝饮食文化。相信我，重庆的味道，远不止火锅那么简单！
有人给“重庆”这座城市赋予了一层别样的含义：“重，是重逢的重；庆，是庆幸的庆”。若是能因为美食让我们大家在重庆重逢，那该是多么值得庆幸的事情啊！因此，我们诚挚的邀请世界各地的会员前来重庆，通过中法美食文化的桥梁，感受这座无法被定义的魅力之都。
The Bailliage de Chongqing inaugurated in 2012 as a local bailliage in China.
Chongqing，the largest municipality directly under the central government in China, is a cyberpunk mountain city with a blend of mountains and rivers, and also an international city full of magical realism. In the world of cuisine, every city has its unique representative. Chongqing, a charming and vibrant city, has a lot kinds of amazing delicacies. Someone has given Chongqing a different meaning: "Chong, means reunion; Qing,means fortunate". If we could reunite in Chongqing because of the delicious food, how fortunate it would be!
