Inaugurated in 2012 as a local bailliage in China, the Bailliage de Chongqing cordially invites all members and friends of la Chaîne to experience the amazing city of Chongqing.

Nestled in the mountain range, the home of our Bailliage is a vibrant, upcoming municipality with the unique feature of two rivers – Yangtze and Jialing rivers – merging at the peninsula tip of Chaotianmen in the city. Chongqing’s signature dish is hotpot which is the ubiquitous almost staple cuisine of this region. But the municipality with over 30 million residents also has to offer culinary masterpieces from all over the world.
