法国美食协会成都分会于2013年11月成立，致力于汇聚中法美食韵味，共绘文化交融华章。成都，这座拥有千年历史的“天府之国”，常住人口逾2100万。清晨的古老巷弄，早市吆喝与邻里谈笑交织成曲。傍晚时华灯初上，曼妙音乐与霓虹闪烁惹人流连。在成都，传统沉淀与潮趣摩登相映成趣，和谐共存。

作为著名的世界美食之都，成都的美食文化自是引得无数人为之向往。麻辣火锅翻滚着生活热情、冷淡杯诉说着烟火家常，麻婆豆腐、宫保鸡丁、夫妻肺片……正所谓“一菜一格，百菜百味”，自古以来成都将美食作为介质，旨在将生活过的极致，追求百味人生的同时，也要快耍慢活。

礼迎八方来宾，齐享四海风味。我们诚挚地邀请世界各地的会员与美食追求者，一同漫步于这座充满魅力的城市，品味味蕾深处的诗意，共赏中法饮食文化碰撞的别样火花。

Welcome to the Bailiage de Chengdu

Founded on November,2013. The Bailiage de Chengdu aims to gather the essence of Chinese and French cuisines, painting a brilliant chapter of cultural integration. Chengdu, known as the "Land of Abundance" with a history spanning thousands of years, boasts a population of over 21 million. In the early morning, the hustle and bustle of the ancient alleyways, vendors' calls, and neighborly chatter create a harmonious symphony. As the evening falls, the charming music and neon lights lure people to stay. In Chengdu, traditional culture and modern trends coexist harmoniously, complementing each other.

As a renowned world food capital, Chengdu's food culture attracts countless food enthusiasts. Spicy hot pot bubbles with enthusiasm for life, Nighttime Beer narrates daily scenes, and Mapo Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken, and Sliced Beef and Ox Tongue in Chili Sauce... Truly, "each dish has its unique style, and a hundred dishes have a hundred flavors." Since ancient times, Chengdu has used food as a medium to pursue an exquisite life, appreciating the diverse flavors of life while enjoying leisure.

We warmly welcome members and food enthusiasts from all over the world to explore this charming city, savor the poetry of taste buds, and appreciate the unique sparks created by the collision of Chinese and French food cultures.
